Delivery Terms

These Delivery Terms (“Terms”) govern all delivery services provided by DuriKing (“we,” “our,” “us”) for durians and durian-related products. By placing an order for delivery, you (“customer,” “you”) agree to the following:

Delivery Areas

Delivery is available within our designated service areas, which may vary by season and demand.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel deliveries outside of our coverage zones.

Delivery Fees

Delivery charges will be clearly stated at checkout or upon order confirmation.

Fees may vary depending on distance, weight, and promotional campaigns.

Additional surcharges may apply for high-demand periods, such as durian peak season or public holidays.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery hours are between 9am to 5pm during weekdays.

We will use reasonable efforts to deliver within the agreed timeframe; however, exact times cannot be guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, unforeseen circumstances, or durian supply conditions.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate delivery information, including full address, contact number, and recipient details.

If the delivery cannot be completed due to inaccurate or incomplete details, the order may be forfeited without refund.

The customer (or appointed recipient) must be present to receive the order at the scheduled time.

Delivery Completion

A delivery is deemed completed once the product is handed over to the customer, recipient, or representative at the delivery address provided.

If no one is available to receive the order, our driver may:

- Leave the item at the doorstep (at the customer’s risk), or

- Return the item to our store, in which case additional redelivery charges will apply.

Quality of Products

Durians are delivered fresh and should be consumed promptly.

Due to the perishable nature of durians, customers must inspect products immediately upon delivery.

Any issues (wrong item, spoilage, damage) must be reported within 2 hours of delivery with supporting photo/video evidence.

Refunds & Replacements

Deliveries are non-refundable once completed.

Replacement or partial refund may be considered only in cases of:

- Wrong product delivered

- Spoiled or damaged product upon arrival (excluding natural taste variations)

Claims after the 2-hour window will not be accepted.

Health Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they (or recipients) are fit to consume durians.

DuriKing shall not be liable for any adverse health effects, medical conditions, or death resulting from the consumption of our products after delivery.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for failed or delayed deliveries caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, accidents, strikes, or government restrictions.

Governing Law

These Delivery Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
